We rent out boxes in 1 week increments. Rental periods start from a minimum of 1 week up to 8 weeks.

If you require an extension, just let us know and we will automatically charge your credit card on file.

If you need more boxes just contact us and we will get them ready for you and automatically charge your credit card on file.

A security deposit is standard procedure for any equipment rental and helps us ensure the boxes are available for the next person.

Your credit card information itself is taken in place of a security deposit and no charges will be made for the deposit unless the boxes are lost, stolen, or damaged.

This also makes it easier for you as this puts your credit card on file so we may automatically charge it for any extensions or extra boxes you may require.

Once the order is fulfilled and the boxes returned we simply delete your account/ credit card information.

Unfortunately, square space does not allow us to make an account a requirement prior to checkout.

Therefore we must ask you create an account and enter in your credit card information in place of a security deposit prior to delivery.

If you prefer, we may also take your credit card information over the phone as a security deposit that way.

Your credit card information itself is the security deposit, and your card will not be charged unless the boxes are lost, stolen, or damaged.

After the order is fulfilled and the boxes are picked up, we will delete your account/ security deposit, and no further charges will be made, unless in the conditions as outlined in our terms of service.

Each box is hand cleaned via these steps:

1.) Vacuumed

2.) Wiped and Disinfected

3.) Dried

4.) And left to sit for 3 days

Since we have a limited supply, we need to ensure we can service as many people as we can.

In addition, each box is cleaned after each use which is very labor intensive.

This also provides us with the opportunity to coordinate our deliveries and pickups in the most efficient manner.

Rush orders, or same day deliveries are not recommended as we cannot promise we can get them ready within that time frame.
